∎ Loan/Lease Arrangement
∎ Existing loan renewal
∎ Preparing Financial Statements
∎ Frequent visits and correspondence to various banks and non-banking financial institutions.
∎ Responding to the queries and wants by bank and FI Performing post-loan disbursement activities.
∎ Responding to the post disbursement queries and wanting by bank and FI
∎ Monitoring and assuring smooth loan repayment.
∎ Monitoring the market condition of borrowing and lending interest/profit rate.
∎ Coordinating mortgage process
∎ Coordinating credit rating process
∎ Responding to the queries and wants regarding mortgage by land office and bank.
∎ Evaluating different financial instruments to create new finance opportunities.
∎ Working with organizations like BIDA, ICB, Bangladesh Bank, BEPΖΑ, IDCOL, IFC, DEG
