∎ Age 22 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proficient in using computer software (Microsoft Excel and others)
∎ To prepare Invoice/Chalan/ Cash memo
∎ Maintain stock register, Cash book, ledger book, Petty cash register, distributor ledger, control the credit
∎ Prepare the expenses statement, control the expenses, and attend in the days to days accounting issue.
∎ To keep update all the official documents like Trade license, Fire license, Pesticide license and perform the local administrative work.
∎ Also responsible to keep update all the papers of Company’s Vehicle, neat and clean of the premises.Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadline
