∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Have expertise over Tally Accounting Software (must).
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure·
∎ Proficiency over MS- office and email communication.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Record accounts payable and receivable in the Tally Accounting Software.
∎ Handle petty cash and maintain accurate records.
∎ Deposit and withdraw from company bank account.
∎ Assist in the preparation of annual and periodical financial statements.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly cost statements.
∎ Compile financial reports and maintain account books, registers, and ledgers.
∎ Perform accounting adjustments and transaction entries as needed.
∎ Verify and ensure accuracy of all transactions including receipts, payments, and journal vouchers in the account’s software.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
∎ Handle payments and receipts efficiently.
∎ Perform relevant duties as required by the department head.
∎ Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
