Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise statutory, internal, and special audits
Review financial statements for compliance with IFRS/BFRS & ISA
Lead, train, and manage audit team members
Assess internal controls and identify risks or material misstatements
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients
Ensure regulatory compliance (Tax, VAT, Companies Act)
Review audit working papers and finalize audit reports
Support partners in client management & business development
