Responsibilities & Context:
∎ v Ensuring periodic review of vat related transactions, proper documents and process for further necessities.
∎ v Preparation of challan-6.3
∎ v Creation of purchase and sale invoice-6.1.2
∎ v Preparation of monthly returns-9.1
∎ v Coefficient Declaration-4.3
∎ v Tax Deduction Certificate at source-6.6
∎ v David Note and credit note issue-6.7and 6.8
∎ v Should have sound knowledge and experience on vat Appeal.
∎ v Keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT regulations.
∎ v Ensure Proper preparation and Submission of vat returns on paper /by online.
∎ v Auditing of vat books of records
∎ v Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records with respect to income tax related issues, TDS, VDS, VAT& AIT.
∎ v Engage with the vat authority for submission.
∎ v Hands on experience on tally software.
∎ v Providing monthly quarterly & annual statements to Management
∎ v To ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh VAT act.
∎ v To monitor monthly TDS/VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt.
∎ v Ensuring timely and proper issuance of credit and debit Notes when required.
∎ v Monitoring input and Output VAT recording and related Challan [preservation
∎ v Fulfilling other responsibilities as per management requirements.
