Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and administrated company accounts, cash & bank transactions, cash and fund flow statements, and reconciliation statements on a daily basis.
∎ Records vendor bills and payment vouchers properly to ensure accuracy in all accounting results.
∎ Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of expenses to assure operational efficiency.
∎ Payment collection from customers and deposit to respective bank account timely.
∎ Monitor receivables and payables of relevant entries regularly to substantiate the financial relationship of the company.
∎ Prepare different financial reports on monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
