Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Confidence in front of a camera (e.g. Facebook Live, promotional video content)

• At least 1 year of experience in public communication or educational consultancy.

• Strong verbal and written communication in both Bengali and English.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM tools)

• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host Facebook Live sessions, webinars, and create video content to attract and convert potential students.

• Engage with learners by phone, in person, and online to guide them through admissions and ensure successful enrolment.

• Actively promote our courses, follow up on leads, and achieve admission targets through persuasive and value-driven communication.

• Build trust and long-term relationships with students and guardians, ensuring high satisfaction and referrals.

• Provide accurate course information, address concerns, and highlight the benefits of our programs to encourage enrolment.

• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional communication across all platforms.

• Ensure all admission records, forms, and student documents are accurately maintained.

• Communicate fluently in English with foreign students, guests, and partners, representing the institute with confidence.

• Stay calm, persuasive, and professional under pressure while driving results.
