∎ JOB PURPOSE: Client service manager serves as liaisons between an organization and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. It manages client relationships and partnerships, contribute and develop strategic plans, deliver proposals and ensure programme deliverables are met in due time.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure strategic plan by aligning with programmatic goals & objectives. Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused toward that mission.
∎ Keep ahead of the industry's developments and apply best practices/models to areas of improvement
∎ Conceptualise and produce content such as editorials, articles, blogs, case studies, and research briefs for internal and external use
∎ Take ownership of customer's issues and following problems through to resolution through innovation and efficiency
∎ Provide leadership and direction for creating policies and procedures the client services department adheres to, as well as providing appropriate training for employees/team members
∎ Carry-out product/service assessments to ensure the team meets the specifications set by the organisation/clients
∎ Establish and maintain strategic communications with senior management, internal and external stakeholders
∎ Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service agents/team members and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
∎ Review personnel performance to acknowledge high-performing staff or counsel under-performing ones
∎ Support programme team members with writing and editorial support and establish linkage with other support units
∎ Coordinate and organise projects as well as implement strategies necessary for attaining project goals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Different work knowledge about the development sector/industry, ideas about international microfinance sectors, organisations, innovative solutions worldwide about technology
∎ Excellent project and partnership management skills
∎ Excellent team management, multi-tasking skills
∎ Well-versed in oral and written Bangla and English languages
∎ Good in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentations, Good presentation, and analysis skills
∎ Minimum 3 Years of working experience is required.
