Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA (in any discipline) from any reputed UGC approved university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a plan in alignment with the HR Strategy to make necessary recommendations and implement initiatives by adopting right tools and techniques to build morale, engagement, increase employee productivity and retention
∎ Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions for respective department along with Organizational Development Team
∎ Play a vital role to implement the organization's strategies for Talent Management and Succession Planning to build the talent pipeline of the respective organization
∎ Understand and recommend the competencies required for critical roles and facilitate the implementation of talent and recognition programs
∎ Work closely with Organization development team to create and implement Development Plan
∎ Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development and managing poor performers) to ensure a high-performance culture
∎ Partner with recruitment team to guide & facilitate in external / internal recruitment & placement processes
∎ Partner with Senior personnel and other stakeholders in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects and initiatives to positively add value to both business and employees
∎ Work closely with departmental Seniors and employees to identify needs for improvement in work relationships
Additional Requirements:
∎ BBA (in any discipline) from any reputed UGC approved university
∎ Minimum 12 years in HR among which 7 years of total related experience
∎ Sound Computer literacy and experience in HRIS
∎ Through Knowledge on employment and local labor laws
∎ Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, Power Point)
∎ Good industry knowledge & market dynamics
