  1. Required- 7-8 years’ total experience with 3 years’ relevant experience in Sales and Customer Service in Telecom industry Required Capabilities
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of regional operations management
  3. Understanding of financial management
  4. Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive environment
  5. In-depth understanding of device markets, customer acquisition and customer experience parameters
  6. Knowledge of concepts, principals and practices of consumer behavior field.
  7. Hands-on knowledge of customer care operations.
  8. Knowledge of latest technology interventions in Telecom sector.
  9. In-depth knowledge of device campaigns, company products and services.
  10. Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  11. Strong knowledge of Retail Network Management


Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Foster an agile mindset within the regional team through guidance and leadership.
  2. Regularly analyze trends and patterns in field force business adherence for continuous improvement.
  3. Cultivate a culture centered on success, improvement, and transparency.
  4. Provide structured coaching to enhance the effectiveness of team members.
  5. Collaborate with the regional field team to identify opportunities, develop sales forecasts, and overcome obstacles.
  6. Educate field force, retail partners, and internal sales and service teams on banglalinks objectives, products, programs, promotions, pricing, and sales campaigns.
  7. Generate periodic reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) on market visits, highlighting competition movements, market trends, identifying opportunities, and providing recommendations with a go-to-market plan.
  8. Explore opportunities to expand reach within the assigned region.
  9. Conduct periodic thorough analysis of sales data to identify productivity trends.
  10. Develop and implement regional strategies to outperform the market.
  11. Implement and review agreed-upon sales and service best practices to achieve regional sales targets.
