Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Medical Equipment

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

• Bachelor's or master's degree in science, Business Administration, Engineering or any relevant discipline. Additional professional training in Public Procurement, Tender Management, or Healthcare Procurement will be considered an advantage.

• 8 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Medical Equipment

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 8-15 years of relevant experience in Government Tender Management, Healthcare Projects, Medical Equipment Business, or Public Procurement.

• Proven experience in handling government healthcare tenders and procurement processes in Bangladesh.

• Strong network and understanding of government healthcare organizations and procurement stakeholders.

• Experience in medical equipment, healthcare technology, hospital projects, or healthcare infrastructure will be highly preferred.

• Lead and manage the Government Tender Unit.

• Identify, evaluate, and monitor tender opportunities from government healthcare organizations, ministries, directorates, and autonomous bodies.

• Maintain effective liaison and professional relationships with relevant government healthcare institutions and stakeholders.

• Collect, analyze, and report market intelligence regarding upcoming projects, procurement plans, and healthcare sector developments.

• Coordinate with principals, manufacturers, commercial, technical, finance, and sales teams for tender preparation and submission.

• Review tender specifications, eligibility requirements, technical documents, and commercial proposals.

• Ensure compliance with PPA/PPR and other applicable government procurement regulations.

• Develop tender strategies to maximize business opportunities and win rates.

• Follow up on tender evaluations, contract awards, purchase orders, and project implementation processes.

• Prepare periodic reports for management regarding tender pipeline, opportunities, and project status.

• Build and lead a high-performing government tender team.
