Experience:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).

Proven experience in cold calling, email marketing, lead generation, or international sales and marketing.
Experience targeting clients in the USA, Canada, and European markets will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital marketing tools.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and report directly to senior management.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet aggressive business development targets.
Conduct outbound cold calling campaigns to prospective clients across the USA, Canada, and European markets.
Generate qualified leads through strategic prospecting, market research, and business development activities.
Execute email marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing, follow-ups, and client engagement initiatives.
Develop and manage digital marketing activities across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Google, social media platforms, and industry-specific directories.
Identify potential clients and decision-makers within target industries and establish initial contact to create business opportunities.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and discovery calls between prospective clients and the Director.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, marketing performance, pipeline development, and conversion metrics.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities within North American and European markets.
Collaborate directly with the Director to develop and implement international marketing and business development strategies.
Create and optimize marketing content, email templates, sales presentations, and promotional materials for global audiences.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients through consistent communication and follow-up activities.
Participate in virtual networking events, trade shows, webinars, and industry forums to generate business opportunities.
Ensure all communications and marketing activities align with company branding and international business standards.
Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment-setting, and business development targets established by management.
