∎ Respond to upload and download files using FTP, DropBox, Wetransfer, GDrive, etc.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via email, Skype, chat, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Identify customer needs and provide accurate information, solutions, or alternatives.
∎ Resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments when necessary.
∎ Collaborate with other teams (e.g., sales, technical support) to address customer concerns efficiently.
∎ Provide feedback to the management team regarding recurring issues or areas of improvement in the customer service process.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
