Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, hands-on Sales Manager to help us build and grow our outbound sales operations in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

This is not a traditional desk manager role.

You will first lead from the front by making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, booking meetings, and ensuring those meetings happen. At the same time, you will help us build a small, high-performing outbound calling team and become our trusted representative on the ground in Dhaka.

Think of this role as a mix of:

* Outbound Sales Representative

* Team Leader

* Hiring Manager

* Operations Coordinator

* Site Lead

You will be our eyes and ears in Bangladesh, helping leadership understand what is working, what is not, and ensuring strong execution on the ground.

This is a build-from-zero opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a bigger leadership role and help create something meaningful.

What You Will Be Responsible For

1. Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting (Primary Responsibility)

You will personally conduct outbound calls to business decision-makers and prospects across international markets.

Your responsibility will include:

* Making outbound calls daily

* Starting conversations with business decision-makers

* Qualifying prospects based on campaign requirements

* Booking qualified meetings

* Following up to ensure meetings are attended

* Working closely with global teams on outreach campaigns

Success in this role is not based on activity alone — it is based on generating qualified conversations that actually happen.

We care about attended meetings, not just booked calendars.

2. Hiring & Building the Dhaka Team

You will help us build a strong outbound sales team in Dhaka.

This includes:

* Sourcing and screening candidates

* Conducting interviews

* Identifying strong outbound callers (SDRs)

* Helping onboard and train new team members

* Building an initial team of high-quality callers

You should be able to identify people who:

* Speak clear English

* Can confidently speak with business professionals

* Follow scripts and processes

* Can handle international conversations

* Are disciplined and coachable

You will play an important role in building the culture and quality of the team.

3. Managing & Monitoring Callers

As the team grows, you will help manage day-to-day performance.

This includes:

* Listening to calls and improving quality

* Ensuring script adherence

* Monitoring outbound activity

* Helping callers improve conversations

* Identifying underperformance early

* Coaching team members to improve results

We are looking for someone who leads from the front — not someone who only manages from a distance.

You should be comfortable stepping in, solving problems quickly, and maintaining performance standards.

4. Being Our Eyes & Ears in Dhaka

This is a high-trust role.

You will act as the leadership’s representative on the ground and help provide visibility into the operation.
