Responsibilities & Context: International B2B Sales Operations We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to help build and grow our outbound sales operation in Dhaka. This is not a traditional management role. You will actively make outbound calls while helping recruit, train, manage, and develop a growing sales team. Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales Leadership Conduct outbound sales calls daily Qualify prospects and book meetings Ensure meetings attend successfully Support international outreach campaigns Recruitment & Team Building Source and screen candidates Conduct interviews Identify strong outbound sales talent Support onboarding and training Build a high performing outbound team Team Management Monitor call quality and performance Coach team members Ensure process compliance Improve conversation quality and conversion rates Maintain team accountability Operations & Site Leadership Support office operations Ensure productivity and attendance standards Report operational insights to leadership Act as the primary representative of management in Dhaka Ideal Candidate Experience in outbound sales, telesales, SDR, or appointment setting Experience managing or mentoring team members Strong leadership skills Excellent spoken English High ownership mentality Strong problem solving abilities Career Growth This role offers significant leadership growth opportunities and direct exposure to international clients and executive leadership.
