Responsibilities & Context:
Major Responsibilities:
· Define and execute the long-term Fintech strategy to achieve market leadership
· Drive development and commercial success of cutting-edge fintech products (Wallets, Neobanking, Blockchain)
· Establish a fortress-like compliance framework satisfying Central Banks and financial authorities
· Oversee scaling of technology infrastructure to support rapid growth while ensuring security
Educational Qualifications:
· An MBA from a business school is highly preferred to demonstrate strategic and managerial depth
Professional Experience:
· At least 15 years of experience in the banking/fintech profession, including at least 5 years of experience in a C-level or Senior VP role within Fintech, Banking, or a high-growth Tech company.
