- 8 to 10 years of total experience, 5 year of relevant experience in managing products and services development and management. Portfolio P/L management.
Required Capabilities
- Experience in pricing and product design.
- Good understanding of the telecommunication industry, digital market landscape and environment
- Sound knowledge in marketing and all its respective functions
- Good analytics and problem solving ability capability
- Strong knowledge in channel resources management
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Good commercial acumen
- Understanding and knowledge of the telecommunication, OTT and Digital products and services
- Knowledge on product innovation, conceptualization, designing & development
- Market and consumer insights
- Knowledge on Project management
- Basic Stakeholder management and negotiation skill
- Data analysis ability
- Knowledge on customer lifecycle management
Responsibilities & Context: - Develop and execute data revenue strategies to drive growth
- Increase ARPU, APPMB, and subscriber base through innovative initiatives
- Oversee digital channel performance, manage the internet portfolios profitability, and ensure successful campaign execution
- Excellent GTM plan execution for attaining campaign specific revenue objective
- Manage and grow the data subscriber base through strategic product and promotional initiatives
- Implement micro-campaigns and optimize product offerings to sustain and expand customer acquisition
- Ensure seamless platform operations and effective communication to drive product uptake
- Launch innovative products and disruptive campaigns to diversify the portfolio and attract new customers
- Drive 4G subscriber growth and USIM penetration
- Increase 4G mix in new acquisitions while maintaining multi-play performance
- Optimize platform management processes for agility and faster execution
- Enhance OTF commission planning and GTM strategy development
- Introduce and manage product subscription-based channel productivity
