Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing.
Prior experience in a managerial role will be preferred.
Experience in products like milk powder, tea, biscuits, snacks, or similar will be preferred.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business tools.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel extensively.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of RSM/DSM–Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales operations, developing marketing strategies, and driving business growth in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory/region.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and business growth.
Manage, supervise, and motivate and territory sales officers (TSOs)/area sales managers (ASM) to ensure optimum performance.
Setup & monitor distributor channels & supply chain operations, inventory levels, product availability, and market coverage.
Ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities, market activation, promotional campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and distribution channels to expand sales coverage.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key customers.
Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to formulate action plans.
Ensure timely collection of market intelligence and submission of accurate sales reports.
Monitor product freshness, stock rotation, and compliance with company merchandising standards.
Resolve market-related issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular market visits and field coaching to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and operational guidelines.
Contribute to monthly & yearly sales growth.
