  • Experience in products like milk powder, tea, biscuits, snacks, or similar will be preferred.

  • Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

  • Willingness to travel extensively.

  • Ability to handle a huge number of dealers.

Responsibilities & Context:

Deshi Consumer Products Limited is a concern of Taha Group, a well-reputed and rapidly expanding business conglomerate in Bangladesh, engaged in manufacturing consumer goods and import-based operations. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of RSM/DSM–Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales operations, developing marketing strategies, and driving business growth in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory/region.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and business growth.

  • Manage, supervise, and motivate and territory sales officers (TSOs)/area sales managers (ASM) to ensure optimum performance.

  • Setup & monitor distributor channels & supply chain operations, inventory levels, product availability, and market coverage.

  • Ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities, market activation, promotional campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives.

  • Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and distribution channels to expand sales coverage.

  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key customers.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to formulate action plans.

  • Ensure timely collection of market intelligence and submission of accurate sales reports.

  • Monitor product freshness, stock rotation, and compliance with company merchandising standards.

  • Resolve market-related issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Conduct regular market visits and field coaching to improve team productivity and effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and operational guidelines.

  • Contribute to monthly & yearly sales growth.
