As part of our ongoing expansion in sales operations and to strengthen our sales audit functions, we are currently looking for a competent, detail-oriented, and dedicated professional to join our team in the position of Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager– MIS & Sales Admin.
Position: Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager– MIS & Sales Admin.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, verify, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data from all sales regions.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports on distributor performance, sales achievements, and stock positions.
Conduct regular audits of sales and distribution data to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
Monitor secondary and primary sales trends and assist in forecasting and budgeting.
Visit markets, dealers, and distributors regularly to verify field-level data and assess actual business activities.
Evaluate sales force activity and performance through route visits and spot checks.
Ensure proper documentation of sales returns, offers, and dealer incentives.
Assist in developing reporting formats, dashboards, and audit tools aligned with management requirements.
Support internal audit teams in sales-related investigations or compliance reviews.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sales, distributor, and company data.
Follow up on sales target vs. achievement, region-wise performance, and exception reporting.
Provide training or technical support to sales staff regarding data submission or reporting formats.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of sales policies, promotional schemes, and compliance checks.
