Responsibilities & Context:
-Track government and private construction projects, build project pipelines, and generate new business opportunities.
-Achieve sales targets through project-based selling, including inquiry generation, quotation submission, negotiation, and order conversion.
-Develop strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, engineers, and government authorities to secure project specifications and approvals.
-Monitor tender opportunities, coordinate bid submissions, and ensure smooth project execution through cross-functional collaboration
-Manage receivables, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide strategic insights to increase market share and project sales performance
