Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA in Human Resource Management / PGD in personnel management or any other relevant discipline
∎ Preference given to candidates with higher degree in Human Resource/personnel management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment:
∎ Timely job advertisement and arrange for publication in newspaper/job site/ notice board
∎ Sound knowledge on recruitment & selection for hiring highly talented human resources within scheduled time and budget
∎ Design and organize effective induction program for newly recruited personnel so that they can get acquainted with JiVitA team and
∎ its organizational culture
∎ Liaison with different department/unit to ensure availability of all logistical support for new joiners
∎ Performance Appraisal:
∎ Responsible for implementing the performance management system and keep track on staff development and improvement plan
∎ Conduct awareness sessions on staff performance management to ensure proper understanding of employees and management about the guideline and relevant changes
∎ Policy Development and Employee Engagement:-
∎ Develop JiVitA project HR Policy, Procedures & Guidelines in compliance with local and JHU university laws & regulations
∎ Update JiVitA project HR policy periodically in consultation with staff at all levels
∎ Ensure consistent and fair application of JiVitA project HR policy and processes across the organization
∎ Propose and design different kinds of internal events to enhance employee engagement so that employee feel attached and valued within the organization
∎ Handle grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and resolve problems in proactive manner.
∎ Make proposals for HR policy improvements
∎ HR Operations Support:
∎ Maintain & update of employee information, personal files with updated documents in an effective way so that all the information can be availed very easily.
∎ Manage to track leave application, leave balance, timely submission of time sheets from all staff etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Others:
∎ Excellent communication skills both in oral and written English and Bangla.-Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, database and PowerPoint.
∎ Setting priority, planning and organizing works are essential
∎ Ability to deal with people from diverse perspectives
∎ Applicant must have excellent organizational skills and be extremely self-motivated.
∎ Ability to work under pressure efficiently, with commitment to meet deadlines
∎ Must be willing to work in Rangpur / Gaibandha area.
∎ Assume responsibilities whenever assigned by project to lead and manage Human Resource of JiVitA project
∎ The project will provide necessary training to the selected applicants.
