Responsibilities & Context:
Relevant Experience and Skills:
● Prior experience in child or adolescent cognitive/motor development assessments is preferred.
● Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
● Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.
● Publications in peer-reviewed journals will be considered an advantage.
Duties and responsibilities
● Conduct daily cognitive, and motor function assessments of adolescent participants at the designated testing center.
● Assist in translating, adapting, and field-testing of psychometric assessment tools.
● Perform routine maintenance of assessment tools and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.
● Coordinate closely with study and field teams for smooth implementation of study activities.
● Maintain high standards of data quality, punctuality, and adherence to study protocols.
● Demonstrate strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines.
● Be willing to work full-time and reside in the JiVitA project site for up to one year.
Job Other Benifits:
Gratuity, festival bonus as per policy. The position will be for a 1-year contract and will be renewable according to organizational needs and availability of funds.
