Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in HRM or relevant discipline from any reputed university.
∎ PGDHRM or relevant HRM certification/degree holders will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange, conduct and process employee recruitment and selection as per set recruitment and selection policy and procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
∎ Must have the capability to run the full HR & Compliance department.
∎ Establish a strong communication among branches & corporate office.
∎ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
∎ Must be able to work with attendance, payroll management & all other HR & Compliance issues.
∎ Must have capability independently leading full HR & Compliance department.
∎ Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues, and Disciplinary issues.
∎ Maintain Historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & trained-up fellow employees
∎ To assist Director & Managing Director with Strategic HR functions.
∎ Organize all relevant meetings on a regular basis - monthly or as required.
∎ Regular Reporting to the Managing Director about any concerning issues.
∎ Any other assignment was given by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Administration, HR and compliance
∎ Must have expert knowledge on HR & Compliance for at least 1-2 years.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
∎ Sound Knowledge on MS Package.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable.
