∎ Manage the branch
∎ Maintain healthy relation between ownership and employees
∎ Day to day smooth operation
∎ Quality check
∎ Maintain and repair restaurant goods
∎ Stock maintain
∎ Staff recruit, training and paper work
∎ Daily crucial decision making
∎ Employee management
∎ Speak smartly
∎ Can bring the result of the work
∎ Strictly punctual.
∎ Honest and hard-working
∎ Excellent negotiation
∎ Basic computer knowledge

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Required : Minimum (5-7) years experience in any reputed restaurant.
∎ Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
∎ Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
∎ Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
∎ Organize and supervise shifts.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable.
