Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ PGDHRM will be preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
∎ Manage employee grievance and other personnel related issue.
∎ Development and update HR politics, procedures and guidelines as per Labor Law.
∎ Organizing the personal file, prepare all HR - related letters such as Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, and letters for enhancement of designation and remuneration.
∎ Coordinate all recruitment process to ensure timely, optimal, and quality hiring according to the company's value and culture.
∎ Solving worker grievance issue
∎ Managing Payroll on Salary, taking care about worker welfare issuing
∎ Assisting to the social and compliance audit
∎ Ensure assist compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication Skill.
∎ Fluency in English.
∎ Have working experience inside the EPZ Zone.
