Job Responsibilities:
∎ Under the direct supervision of the Programme Coordinator (Emergency Health), the incumbent will be responsible and accountable for cleaning, managing and reviewing data collected from the health field teams. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for creating infographic and narrative reports based on data analysis through various data expression tools and for conducting various surveys relating to monitoring and evaluation activities. S/he is expected to carry out his/her duties in accordance with the strictest ethical standards and with due respect for gender and socio-cultural sensitivities.
∎ 1. Assist in coordinating health information management, M&E and reporting for the IOM's health programme in Cox's Bazar. Providing Support to ensure accurate and reliable data is collected, stored, and submitted in a timely manner to the appropriate units or program or supervisor.
∎ 2. Assist supervisor to manage the reliable data management processes, including data cleaning, maintaining the sustainable structure of data collection through an ODK platform or similar programme, validation, analysis and eventually results dissemination, i.e. KOBO toolbox, EPI Info, etc.
∎ 3. Update the technical topics and systems of current KOBO systems of different units by consulting with health programme coordinator if needed.
∎ 4. Update the current Power BI system regularly & provide reports & weekly infographics for internal use.
∎ 5. Develop different templates in Power BI based on Health unit's needs & recommendations, i.e. trends analysis for outbreak team.
∎ 6. Support in the analysis of the data, including generation of routine infographics and numerical/analytical reports as required, based on new or existing databases.
∎ 7. Participate in sub-level Inter-Cluster Health Sector Working Group for Information Management and other relevant working groups, where relevant; liaise with external partners locally in relation to health information management needs and coordination.
∎ 8. Coordinate logical and efficient deployment of data assistants and monitoring staff to achieve data gathering objectives.
∎ 9. Train and supervise data assistants; provide technical guidance to staff and implementing partners in preparing different kinds of reports, i.e. MOH, EWARS, etc.
∎ 10. Participate in the design and roll out of monitoring and evaluation tools in IOM health programme in Cox's Bazar, including support to monitoring of implementing partners: specifically: MHPSS, Ambulance fleet/referrals, Pharmaceutical management, IP database & reporting and CHW data monitoring tools.
∎ 11. Support to integrate of GIS tools to the health programme, where suitable and feasible.
∎ 12. Undertake duty travel relating to project/programme assessment, liaison with counterparts, problem solving, and new project/programme development, as required.
∎ 13. Participate in qualitative and quantitative analysis of survey and questionnaire outcomes;
∎ 14. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Familiarity with medical terms and conditions
∎ Experience in designing health programmes survey
∎ Previous experience in international organization is an advantage.
∎ Strong oral and written communication and presentations skills in English
∎ Ability to coach, mentor and develop technical capacity in Information management
∎ Ability to travel more than 50% time
