Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in HRM.
∎ PGD in HRM / Compliance Management will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Compliance Law, Health/ Safety & Fire, Welfare
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Automobile, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
∎ Time to time floor visit to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
∎ Handling grievances at the initial stage.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with factory staff and workers.
∎ Ensure counseling of absent employees regularly.
∎ Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace, maintain & improve working environment.
∎ Monitor work place safety & welfare.
∎ Orientation program for new joiners.
∎ Arrange awareness programs as per rules and regulation of the company.
∎ Arrange Awareness programs for pregnant / maternity associates as per labor law.
∎ Find out all Noncompliance issues & take necessary step to solve them.
∎ Form various committee, make notice, arrange meeting, prepare meeting minutes and documentation.
∎ Other tasks as & when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & verbal abilities (English).
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications.
∎ Good knowledge in labor law.
∎ Having good and details knowledge in MS Excel formulas.
∎ Good presentation skill.

Salary: Negotiable
