Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise receipt, inspection, and proper storage of raw materials and finished goods.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely reconciliation of inventory.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to prevent shortages.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and EHS guidelines.
Distribution & Logistics:
Plan and execute timely delivery of products to customers, distributors, or other facilities.
Coordinate with transport vendors, manage vehicle allocation, and optimize routes.
Monitor distribution costs and suggest process improvements.
Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
