∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Training/Trade Course: PGDHRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangladesh Labor Law, HR Operations, people leadership, People Management, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle of white-collar/ blue-collar Employee for sourcing the best talent after identification of manpower requirements.
∎ Maintain the liaison with different recruitment agencies, also universities to hire the best talent.
∎ Act as System Administrator of OD modules for successful HRIS implementation.
∎ Monitor HRD policy and guidance & ensure that enquiry handling procedures mirror these and cascade knowledge to other team members.
∎ Coordinate employee counseling sessions to understand employee concerns and redress their grievances accordingly.
∎ Design and Update ‘Employee Engagement Calendar’ for employees and manage budget for onboarding
∎ Constantly seek to review and improve service by identifying areas of development for HRD.
∎ Maintain and update all relevant trackers as required.
∎ Support team leads and HR Head in different projects when needed.
∎ Completing end to end exit formalities of the existing employees.
∎ Must have good knowledge in labor law

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 3-4 years’ Experience in FMCG Industry/ Group of Company
∎ Sound knowledge in Advanced Excel.
∎ Excellent team leadership & communication skills with an ability to influence cross-functional teams.
∎ Critical Problem-solving and fast decision-making mindset in any agile, and accountable situation.
∎ Strength in problem solving, an ability to multitask in a deadline-driven work environment
