Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting, editing, designing, issuing day-to-day office documents as per the instructions of the superiors.
∎ Coordination of all HR functions of the organisation.
∎ Publishing and updating job ads on career pages, scheduling interviews, screening resumes and job applications.
∎ Maintaining daily attendance, late attendance and early punch for ensuring office discipline and maintain database.
∎ Assisting HR Dept to maintain and update personnel files and ensure proper maintenance of the same.
∎ Maintaining HR databases by recording joining, transfers, separation & changes in the job classifications and updating leave information.
∎ Maintaining data records papers in relation to Recruitment and Selection, wages, and allowances.
∎ Running effectively HR software.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well-conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) & E-mail communication.
∎ Problem solving & decision-making skills within the shortest possible time.
∎ Possessing excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a team with responsibility.
∎ Candidates working or having worked in Hospital management will get preference.
∎ At least 5 years working experience in the related field.
