Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ PGD in HRM will get preferences

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must have experience in recruitment, sourcing, training and administratin.
∎ Follow up compensation and benefit like employee's salary & wages, increment, overtime and other incentives.
∎ Candidates must have to carry positive leadership attitude.
∎ Have to ensure positive work environment to run smooth office work.
∎ Organizational asset management.
∎ Monitor day-to-day activities of HR & Admin departments as well other departments as all other departments' work must be ensured.
∎ Maintain & update daily attendance, leave management and daily work schedule.
∎ Maintain HRIS & payroll management.
∎ Maintain official online server and ERP.
∎ Ability to guide office staff and supervise junior's work.
∎ Perform and supervise all the administrative work
∎ Ensure that employees are punctual and sound office environment.
∎ Have thorough knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and Rules 2015 and able to implement law.
∎ Analyze monthly employee work performance.
∎ Implement HR policies, guidelines for establishing smooth HR & Admin operation.
∎ Maintain relationship and communication between employee and upper level management.
∎ Managing the activities of security issue like CC camera and others.
∎ Maintain and manage organizational asset like workstation computer, AC, printer and other fixed asset.
∎ Maintain office storage locate in bosila, Dhaka
∎ To implement other administrative-related work as per the decision of Management.

Salary: Tk. 26000 - 30000 (Monthly)
