Job Context:
∎ Glascutr Limited is a young software development company based out of Dhaka and Toronto. The firm is currently in design phase of some exciting ideas. It is trying to build a strong team to expand its capabilities in multiple directions.
∎ Currently we are looking to hire an efficient HR professional with clear vision and a set of management skills and Technical Business background.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, Joining, orientation, placement training & Counseling, orientation program etc.
∎ Conduct various Interview arrangement such as CV sorting, Candidates phone calls, e-mailing, prepare CV summary & so on.
∎ Prepare JD for existing and new employees in alignment with a business goal.
∎ Conducting performance appraisals for all employees half yearly & annually.
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet & coordinating and ensuring payroll Management being aligned with other departments.
∎ Responsible for developing day-to-day HR policies, practices, and other interdepartmental SOPs.
∎ Monitoring daily attendance, Leave, Absent, Late, Early Leave etc.
∎ Conducting final settlement preparation as per Law.
∎ Drafting various forms, office orders, circulars, Letters (termination letter, warning letter, transfer letter etc.)
∎ Handling Employee Grievance Management.
∎ Cooperating with all departments for smooth operation.
∎ Assist to training arrangements in-house and out site office whenever needed.
∎ Maintain personal file, Leave register, Final settlement with any other HR-related activities.
∎ Ensure Labor Law related practices for the Company.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene, and environment.
∎ Maintain relations and discipline within the organization among all staff and Technicians.
∎ Any other job will be assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Core HR & compliance Knowledge.
∎ Skills Required: HR and compliance, Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, HR Admin, Technical Business or IT business background.
∎ Must be conversant with Labor Laws 2006 & code of conduct.
∎ Strong communication abilities in Bengali and English both oral and written.
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
