Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree from a recognized University/Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting variety of letters as and when required.
∎ Maintain employee attendance, employee pass and leave administration;
∎ Maintain OT, Rest Day, Festival Day works record for payments & leave and correct anomalies if any.
∎ Prepare job advertisements for vacant positions to initiate the recruitment process and arranging pre-employment medical check-up for newly recruited employees.
∎ Support HR Manager to maintain employee information system. Coordinate with Insurance companies, diagnostic centers, suppliers as and when required.
∎ Maintain record of employees out-patient benefit.
∎ Maintain plant canteen in consultation with wellness committee.
∎ Maintain a harmonious relationship with the community;
∎ Perform community needs assessments and draw plans and programs for CSR accordingly so that community relationship grow;
∎ Monitor execution of planned CSR programs;
∎ Report all CSR activities/programs by making periodical CSR reports to Strategic Communications & Sustainability department.
∎ Liaise and coordinate with various government and non-govt. organizations so a good rapport and understanding can be established.
∎ Responsible to maintain plantation and greenery inside plant premises.
∎ Perform tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Prior Work Experience: 5-7 years working experience in Human Resource of Personnel Management field and or having supervisory responsibilities in CSR activities either with local or foreign organizations
∎ Additional Training/Qualification: Diploma in Personnel or Human Resource Management.
∎ Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and Power Point. Knowledge in SAP is desirable.
∎ Skills and Abilities: Good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with employees, skills and tact to manage company HR program, drafting abilities on a variety of issues. Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
∎ Language Proficiency: Level III (good working knowledge) both in Bangla & English.
