Responsibilities & Context:

Core HR Operations

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection to attract and hire the right talent

  • Support training and development initiatives to build employee capability and growth

  • Implement and maintain performance management systems aligned with organizational goals

  • Ensure fair, competitive, and transparent compensation and benefits practices

  • Oversee HR administration, maintaining accurate records and smooth day-to-day operations

Strategic HR & Talent Management

  • Support and improve performance management systems in line with business objectives

  • Contribute to talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies

  • Help build a value-driven organizational culture rooted in Islamic principles

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and guide HR team members in daily activities and long-term initiatives

  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR support with operational needs

  • Facilitate structured discussions on performance, discipline, and employee development

Data-Driven HR Practices

  • Analyze HR data (performance, attendance, retention) to generate actionable insights

  • Prepare reports to support informed decision-making by leadership

  • Identify gaps and recommend practical, ethical solutions

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Improve HR processes for efficiency, clarity, and consistency

  • Support HR automation initiatives using tools like Google Sheets and reporting systems

  • Maintain structured documentation and ensure compliance across HR activities
