Education:
∎ B. Sc. Engineering degree (Electrical and Electronics) with minimum three (3) years of working experience in power generation facility or process industry Or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Power with six (6) years of working experience in power generation facility or process industry;

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Well experience in DCS, PLC and Instrumentation & control
∎ Experience in Transformer, Generator, Medium Voltage MCC and Switchyard protection system; knowledge on co-ordination between the protection systems;
∎ Well conversant in calculating protective relay settings;
∎ Demonstrate skills in the use of tools, test equipment and calibration appliances. Strong engineering aptitude, basic understanding of chemistry, physics, electricity and mathematics;
∎ Must be able to respond calmly and think clearly in emergency situations;
∎ Must be able to visually read and respond to computer-generated data, instrumentation, gauges, readouts and variations in color;
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills, good command in written and spoken English are must;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ IC & E Maintenance Engineer will coordinate and/or perform all Instrument, Electrical and Control Maintenance for the facility. They will also assist in mechanical maintenance and plant operation. All maintenance engineers will be responsible for planning their own work, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, considering the environmental implications of their work, Obtaining resources and controlling costs.
∎ Troubleshooting;
∎ Repair and maintain all electrical & instrumentation equipments as required for supporting the plant operation;
∎ Assist in control of spare parts inventory;
∎ Assist in requisitioning parts and supplies;
∎ Maintain a clean and safe plant environment;
∎ Assist in budget planning and control;
∎ Assist in plant operation as required;
∎ Assist in updating drawings as changes are made;
∎ A large multinational Power Generation Company with operations in Bangladesh is looking for an experienced IC & E Engineer.
∎ Position Summary:
