Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors/Percipio), survey/feedback tools, and data dashboards will be a plus.

  • Proven track record of executing high-impact corporate training programs.



Responsibilities & Context:

Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive, smart, and fast-learning L&D professional to assist in rolling out world-class learning programmes across all SBUs. You will work closely with the Manager, Learning and Development, to design and deliver training interventions that enhance skills, leadership, and performance, while helping embed a trend-setting learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development, and delivery of corporate learning programs (technical, behavioral, and leadership).

  • Coordinate with business heads to identify learning needs and skill gaps.

  • Maintain and execute a robust learning calendar with timely, high-quality delivery.

  • Develop learning materials and presentations using Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Canva.

  • Evaluate learning impact through assessments, feedback, and measurable performance improvements.

  • Manage external vendors and training partners to ensure excellent programme delivery.

  • Maintain learning records, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights.

  • Support HR transformation initiatives and other capability-building projects.
