Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and accumulate employee requisition due to start the talent assembling process as per requirement.
∎ Organize recruitment plan including drafting job description, provision of input to job specification process, vacancy announcement, screening of candidates, participation in interview panels, the groundwork of result.
∎ Retain liaison with online job portal agency to look and post the job in right places.
∎ Build a strong, consultative relationship with respective departments to make smoother the talent hiring process.
∎ Check employee reference and provided information on curriculum vitae.
∎ Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the head of the respective department and Director-HR and Admin.
∎ Develop a pool of qualified Talents in advance of need.
∎ Build a strong network to find qualified possible best fit talents to meet the future need.
∎ Follow the well-planned, thoughtful recruiting process to apply HR recruiting best practices.
∎ Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”
∎ Track the performance management cycle processes, ensuring the timely completion of appraisals in achieving.
∎ Prepare the Job description to outline the main duties and responsibilities.
∎ Draft various SOP under the supervision of the HR Director.
∎ Manage the individual development planning process for executives and emerging leaders.
∎ Develop and implement effective talent management plan to create a higher-performing workforce.
∎ Support and work under the supervision of HR consultant as per requirements.
∎ Enhance staff’s job performance by supporting the identification of training needs, preparation of training proposals and arranging for implementation and evaluation of training.
∎ Provide orientation briefing to newly arrived staff Promote a rational and attainable career management system to meet the office's current and future needs.
∎ Ensure appropriate and timely actions for renewals of contracts, promotions, within-grade increments, and performance evaluations.
∎ Develop and implement plans, including timetables for Performance reviews, renewals, and terminations of the contract; ensures timely notice to staff.
∎ Analyze, research and verify the information for the purpose of responding to staff queries in all HR & admin areas
