Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take a key role in HR recruitment process.
∎ To do day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT and allowances.
∎ Maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as updated.
∎ Effective liaison with local Govt & law enforcement authorities and others as and when required.
∎ Ensure the Training and Development Programme are appropriate to retain staff and to enhance their knowledge and skills and health and safety programs.
∎ Effective liaison with local Govt & law enforcement authorities and others as and when required.
∎ Develop a strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
∎ Upholding management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ To maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Implement various employee engagement initiatives to keep the workforce motivated and make succession plan with high morale.
∎ Assist & coordinate the performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Ensure development and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy align with the business plan as well as ensuring HR plans.
∎ Any other relevant responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in EPZ factory will get preference.
∎ Sound knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Law & Practices
∎ Good command over the computer, especially in MS Office / Internet & Email systems.
∎ Should be dynamic, able to manage the team, and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
∎ Able to handle buyer code of conduct & ethical compliance issues properl
