Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Management or HR or equivalent degree from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR and Admin

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform & carryout day to day Admin related Operational activities.
∎ Act as the first point of contact for all administrative queries & support.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene & admin related day to day activities.
∎ Monitor maintenance work such as ac, lightening, water supply, & water purification, new employee desk arrangement, which functioning through their respective technical staff.
∎ Assist HRD to conduct various Interview arrangement such as CV sorting, Candidates phone calls, e-mailing, CV filling & so on.
∎ Collecting of monthly logistics and stationaries requisitions from teams, get it vetted ordering for the purchase regularly and controlling the budget.
∎ Check Existing vendors (Food, Admins, Maintenance) quality and rate of services, compare with the market vendors and recommend review and change vendors.
∎ Canteen Management & different admin related vendor Management
∎ Ensure client & guest entertainment and effective front Desk Management by Admin
∎ Ensure timely purchase of office supplies and manage monthly office supplies.
∎ Communicate with vendors and suppliers, admin service provider, recruiters, trainers, and other external parties.
∎ Assist in providing all logistics support, implementing, and administering various HR programs in accordance with yearly HR & Admin plan and budget.?
∎ Assist HR in setting up interviews and correspond with prospective employees in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure administrative processes, records, systems, and communication are efficient and effective, including all required information with necessary approvals.??
∎ Liaison with the external stakeholders for smooth general administration
∎ Corporate tie-up, event management and coordination and employee engagement program
∎ Undertake tasks in arranging logistics to implement Training & Development interventions, Organizing the Induction, and onboarding for new hires, seating arrangements etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Knowledge of core Admin & HR, Logistics Support, Customer service, negotiation and organizing programs
∎ Strong knowledge of modern office collaboration technologies like Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
∎ Ability to critically reason, analyze, and drive the initiative towards result.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills & vendor and supplier connections
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and to deliver them diligently.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Thorough knowledge of HR & Administration in Tech company preferable.
