Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA or MBA in Human Resources Management or equivalent from a reputed university of Bangladesh or abroad.
∎ PGDHRM would be an added advantage.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM,CODP

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
∎ A. Performance Management:
∎ Assist in tracking performance appraisal of all employees.
∎ Assist in Identifying critical positions and assist in initiating development plans for potential employees.
∎ Implement performance improvement plan for poor performers.
∎ B. Learning and Development:
∎ Assist in conducting need assessment for training and staff development to enhance effectiveness of employee performance in achieving goals and objectives of the company.
∎ Prepare annual training plan.
∎ Coordinate participants and training providers to organize training effectively and assess effectiveness.
∎ Organizing orientation program for new joiners.
∎ Organizing team building and leadership development exercises/ workshops/ training/ seminars etc.
∎ Prepare and maintain database of Staff Development activities.
∎ Commission and manage additional internal or external resources as and when required to ensure cost-effective delivery of agreed OD initiatives/deliverables.
∎ C. Employee Engagement and Employer Branding:
∎ Design and implement employee engagement initiatives/ programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
∎ Initiate programs to increase employer Branding and continuously take new initiatives.
∎ D. Others:
∎ Support in the recruitment related activities as per organizational need

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Organizational Development, Performance Management, Training and Development.
∎ Working experience in the IT Industry is preferable.

Salary: Negotiable
