Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE,CS,IT
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the supervisor in Planning, designing, implementing, and providing support for Microsoft solutions (Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Azure and M365 solutions).
∎ Assist the supervisor in Configuration, Troubleshooting and support of Microsoft 365 solutions and Azure IaaS.
∎ Assist the supervisor in Configuration, Troubleshooting and support of Microsoft Azure security technologies.
∎ Assist the supervisor to Build standards for client environments.
∎ Assist the supervisor to communicate with clients as required: keeping them informed of project progress, impending changes, and agreed-upon outages.
∎ Assist the supervisor in Making sure that the incidents get resolved with the SLAs and ensure that the system goes through a scheduled patching process.
∎ Assist the supervisor in researching, evaluating, and recommending the selection of M365 and Azure-related tools and emerging technologies for clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Conversant in.NET Programming and keen to develop a career in MS. SharePoint or Microsoft Office Solutions /and MS Cloud.
∎ Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace.
∎ Interest in Cloud Engineering and its impact on greater business practices
∎ In-depth analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.
