∎ Basic understanding of Network Components, Devices and Topologies.
∎ Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, SCOM, SCCM etc.) in a domain environment, along with broad experience and understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, Design, Implement and provide support for both Microsoft On-Premises and Cloud solutions (Active Directory, Exchange Server, System Center Operations Manager, System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft 365 etc.).
∎ Configuration, Troubleshooting and support of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory.
∎ Build standards for client environments.
∎ Communication with clients as required: keeping them informed of project progress, impending changes, and agreed upon outages.
∎ Making sure that the incidents get resolved with the SLAs and ensure that the system goes through a scheduled patching process.
∎ Research, evaluate and recommend the selection of M365 and Azure related tools and emerging technologies for clients.
∎ Responsibilities:
