1. Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the company`s software, hardware, system integration, and cyber security solutions.
2. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
4. Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals and quotations to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of the company`s products and services.
5. Participate in sales negotiations and help close sales contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
6. Work closely with pre-sales, post-sales, and commercial teams to ensure customer needs are met.
7. Assist in reporting on sales activities, revenue growth, and customer feedback to senior management.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and developments, providing relevant insights and recommendations.
9. Maintain good relationships with OEMs such as Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Dell, Red Hat, Trend Micro, Arcon, Fortinet, Tenable, Manage Engine, and Huawei.
