Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate & Maintain HRM Database Software & Employee Database
∎ Attendance/Leave/Payroll
∎ Recruitment & Selection
∎ Training
∎ Performance Appraisal
∎ Housekeeping
∎ Canteen
∎ Day to Day office Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3/4 years' experience in the areas of Administration & HR
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel Database, Outlook & Drafting
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Goal Oriented & Self Motivated
∎ Analytical abilities, problem-solving & strong leadership skills
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable (approx. 30-35K)
