Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customer's orders in system.
∎ Ensure the highest level of Customer service, establish professional & proactive communication with customers.
∎ Ensure timely production & in case of delay establish mitigation plans together with all order related internal and External concerns.
∎ Establish a production strategy to ensure business continuity.
∎ Send summary PI to customer & follow up LC / TT/ FDD.
∎ Follow up for payment and arrange delivery on time.
∎ Follow up with Supply Chain team regarding Raw material.
∎ Preserved all document and file of Assigned brands.
∎ Complete report for assigned brand's order status.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02-03 years' experience in RMG, Garments Accessories industry in the areas of Customer Support with good presentation & communication skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to develop and maintain strong relationship with Customers.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Drafting
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Goal Oriented & Self Motivated
∎ Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
∎ Proficiency in English (Both oral and written)

Salary: Negotiable
