∎ The company is now looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to fill up the following position for it’s plant “Fair Electronics Ltd” at Narsingdi :

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work distribution to operators as per assembly process.
∎ Monitor production to achieve the goal.
∎ Pro 3M Activity- 5s
∎ Productivity Planning based on headcount-Line balance
∎ Production M/C and Equipment calibration management-PM Activity
∎ Line improvement-Tact time production
∎ Improve activity on Gas leakage
∎ Stock matching: System & actual
∎ Unplanned material planning & Execute
∎ Daily staff presence and production scheduling.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Good communication skills and client-oriented attitude
∎ CAD Software skill is must. [AutoCAD 2D 3D/ SolidWorks/ CATIA/Pro-E/ CREO]
∎ Should have working experience on 5s & Kaizen
∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) preferably from Public university
