Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to formulate and facilitate HR & Administrative planning process, ensuring that comprehensive plans & strategies are developed, approved and communicated within the organization.
∎ Ensure alignment of HR & Administrative planing with business strategy.
∎ Under the supervision of Head of HR & Admin, need to work with HR & Admin team to develop & execute strategies for the effective operation of the department.
∎ Coordinate with HR and Admin team for ensuring effective budgeting & using the budget within required time period.
∎ Identify cross functional issues related to HR & Administration and provide guideline in developing and implementing solutions.
∎ Under the supervision of Head of HR & Admin, review & analyze the current policies and practices of the organization and assist HOD to interpret, develop, revise, implement & execute new policies, practices, and procedures.
∎ Collaborates with department/division head to set strategic plans in long run.
∎ Identifies and reviews Industry practice; analyzes and applies the information to develop HR & Administrative strategies.
∎ Lead the individual project assigned by authority independently and make schedule for timely execution of the projects.
∎ Other duties as assigned or required by the management.

∎ Technically sound, energetic & work oriented mind.
∎ Verbal and typing communication skills in Bengali & English.
