Job Context:
∎ `Sarathi - Improving Financial Health`, is a jointly funded project by Swisscontact and MetLife Foundation. Sarathi enables a network of stakeholders to facilitate access to financial solutions, beyond the possession of a bank account, and improve the economic resilience of ready-made garments (RMG) workers and their communities residing in Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj, and Chattogram.

∎ Sarathi is looking for at least two (02) dynamic, energetic, and creative individuals to become a part of this high performing team, particularly to support in `Communications` and `Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM)`.
∎ Location: Dhaka with regular visits to field locations
∎ Contract duration: 06 months, with a strong possibility of being absorbed as a permanent staff on performance basis.
∎ Working Conditions and Environment
∎ It will be applicable in accordance with the Swisscontact Operations Manual.
∎ Field visits play a large part in the incumbent`s activities; as such, it is expected that the incumbent is willing and able to take part in such activities as needed and sometimes under short notice.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support in implementing project capitalization strategies, organizing events, and collecting quantitative and qualitative data;
∎ Support in preparing reports and proposals as per project requirement.
∎ Monitor and collect impact stories from the field to produce case studies as per requirement.
∎ MRM consultant must assume the role of an enumerator and update, analyse, and verify the collected data;
∎ Communication consultant must develop innovative and effective communication materials and tools aligned with project objectives to increase visibility amongst relevant stakeholders.
∎ Any additional assignments as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in research, communications, or development.
∎ Excellent writing, speaking, and listening skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Proficient in Microsoft office (i.e., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
∎ Ability to proactively learn, observe, and adapt with the project objectives;
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills;
∎ Equally at ease with both field and desk work;
∎ Can work independently and in teams as and when required;
∎ For MRM consultant, excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software (i.e., Power BI, SPSS, KoboToolBox) are desirable;
∎ For Communications consultant, excellent aesthetic sense, proficiency in graphic designing tools (i.e., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop), and photography skills are desirable.
