Responsibilities & Context:
প্রিপারেশন বিভাগে (ক্লিনিং, ক্র্যাকিং, কন্ডিশনিং, ফ্লেকিং, কুকার ইত্যাদি) সকল যন্ত্রপাতি পরিচালনা ও পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
নিরবচ্ছিন্ন কার্যক্রম বজায় রাখতে কাঁচামালের সঠিক ফিডিং ও প্রবাহ নিশ্চিত করা।
দৈনিক প্রক্রিয়ার প্যারামিটার (তাপমাত্রা, চাপ, আর্দ্রতা ইত্যাদি) লগ শীটে নথিভুক্ত করা।
যেকোনো যান্ত্রিক বা প্রক্রিয়াগত অস্বাভাবিকতা হলে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে শিফট ইনচার্জকে রিপোর্ট করা।
প্রস্তুতি যন্ত্রপাতির পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা, লুব্রিকেশন এবং ছোটখাটো রক্ষণাবেক্ষণে সহায়তা করা।
অপারেশন চলাকালীন নিরাপত্তা মানদণ্ড বজায় রাখা এবং SOP অনুসরণ করা।
শাটডাউন, স্টার্টআপ এবং প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন কার্যক্রমে সহায়তা করা
