Responsibilities & Context:
SBM, hulls pelletized meal উৎপাদনের জন্য ব্যাগিং মেশিন দক্ষতার সাথে পরিচালনা করা।
উৎপাদন চাহিদা অনুযায়ী সঠিক ভরাট ওজন এবং প্যাকেজিং নিশ্চিত করা।
মেশিনের কার্যকারিতা পর্যবেক্ষণ করা, অস্বাভাবিকতা শনাক্ত করা এবং ছোটখাটো সমস্যার সমাধান করা।
ব্যাগিং মেশিনের নিয়মিত পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও প্রতিরোধমূলক রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ সম্পাদন করা।
উৎপাদন ও গুদাম দলের সাথে সমন্বয় করে মসৃণ উপকরণ হ্যান্ডলিং নিশ্চিত করা।
উৎপাদন রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ করা, যেমন ব্যাগের সংখ্যা, ওজন এবং যেকোনো মেশিন ডাউনটাইম।
নিরাপত্তা মানদণ্ড ও ব্যক্তিগত সুরক্ষা সরঞ্জাম (PPE) ব্যবহারের প্রতি অনুগত থাকা।
যেকোনো বড় ধরনের মেশিন ত্রুটি হলে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে সুপারভাইজার বা রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ দলকে জানানো
